I saw this man get out of the van to attack a pedestrian with a weapon. This is a dangerous person and I would not trust him.Edit: in response to the owner. The van was struck but the driver was not threatened. Th driver is the one that came out of the van with a wooden weapon threatening the pedestrian that he almost ran over after running a red light. When the owner is likely the one that was driving (this seems like a sole proprietorship), it's easy to sound like a third party/manager looking into the matter"."
